Description
ASTRA OUTLINE WATERPROOF THINK PINK LIP PENCIL 02: A retractable lip pencil, capable of creating an intense line at the first stroke. The light and thin texture glides on the lips avoiding smudges. It allows for double use: as a pencil and as a lipstick. The waterproof formula guarantees maximum resistance and long duration. Thanks to the hyaluronic acid and Ceramide 3, present in the formula, it retains water in the tissues, ensuring hydration and softness. Dermatologically tested.
Application
- Perfect for overlining: apply the pencil just outside the edges of the lips, to optically enlarge them.
- It can also be used as a lipstick.
