L'Oreal Skinny Definer has a 1.5mm precision tip. It has an easily blendable texture that allows you to obtain the desired effect, but once set it lasts a long time. Waterproof and no transfer formula.
Application
- Draw small hairs between the eyebrows, with the L'Oreal Skinny Definer, making short, not too marked strokes.
- Using the special brush, blend the lines you just made.
- Comb your eyebrows.
