NOUBA LIPSTICK VELVET TOUCH 3 : an elegant and comfortable lipstick that thanks to the pastel shape, slides delicately on the lips offering color and deep hydration. The elastic formula adapts to every expression of the lips. The creamy texture gives a velvety effect, making the mouth perfect, avoiding any smudging. It is available in 32 different shades. VEGAN FORMULA.

Nouba Lipstick Velvet Touch is formulated with rice powder and Vitamin E with emollient and age control action. The addition of delicate oils and spherical powders guarantees homogeneity and comfort during application. It does not contain preservatives and is dermatologically tested.
For a filler effect: apply the product from the center of the lips outwards, keeping the lips tense, like a smile, so as to also fill the folds.
For a plumping effect: Apply the lipstick with the appropriate professional brush.
For a natural look: apply lipstick by tapping your upper and lower lips. Move your lips together.
