Pupa True Lips Lip Pencil contains Vitamin E and Vitamin C with antioxidant properties and Cotton Oil with hydrating and emollient properties, to leave lips soft and nourished for a long time.
Application
- Apply Pupa True Lips Lip Pencil starting from the centre of the upper lips, outlining the contour with a continuous, thin line.
- Repeat on the lower lip starting from the outer corner and ending in the center.
- Blend the line towards the inside of the lips using the built-in smudge brush.
- Then apply a gloss for a natural effect or a lipstick for a sophisticated effect.
