Wella Blondor Bleaching Cream Soft Blonde is formulated with lipids that envelop the hair and limit drying. Contains chamomile extract with a calming effect.
Application
Mix the lightening cream with the Welloxon Perfect activator 6%, 9%, 12% or with the Color Touch emulsion 1.9%, 4%.
