WELLA BLONDOR EXTRA COOL BLONDE TONALIZER BLEACHING 150 GR: A combination of bleaching pigments for safe and reliable lightening up to 7 tones. Ideal for lightening dark bases. Suitable for all bleaching techniques. Can be used alone or mixed with other products in the Blondor range.
Application
- Mix the bleach with Blondor Multi Blonde Powder to create cool-toned contrasts.
- The mixing ratio is 1:2 (1 dose of Extra Cool Blonde : 2 doses of Multi Blonde Powder).
